Just a reminder to treat those that serve us at the Sizzler well and remember to leave a tip for them before you leave.

Meetings: Sizzler, 371 East 400 South, SLC 11:45 – 1:00 pm, Meeting Room (Northwest corner of Restaurant.) Round Table Meetings, Same Time & Location except in the Atrium.

** Board meeting is the 1st Tuesday of every month at the Pagoda, 5^th East and 1^st North in Salt Lake City. 5:30 pm with dinner afterwards.

About Allyn R. Mahoney … Born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Dr J. Rolla Mahoney and Effie Inger Jensen Mahoney, the fourth of five children. My father was a professor at the University of Utah, and Director and founder of the Bureau of Economic and Business Research Department at the U. He attended Douglas Elementary School, Roosevelt Junior High School, and graduated from East High School in June 1947. I graduated from the University of Utah in June 1956 with a BA in Business Management. Military Career: Korean War Jan 1954 to Dec 1956, Fort Ord, 6^th Infantry Division - basic training, Counter Intelligence Corps (CIC), Fort Holabird, MD, Wurzburg, Germany Business Career: International Business Machines (IBM) 1956 to 1981, 25 years. Apartment Owner and Manager - 1980 to present. Business officer, business consultant, venture capital finder, financial consultant. Marriage and Family: Married Connie (Burgon) Mahoney in 1959. We have 4 children and 12 grandchildren.	Church Service: Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints - Missionary (Denmark), Bishop, Stake Presidency,other Church Inner City Service Missionary with wife - SLC Area, Salt Lake Temple Square Senior Couple Missionaries (including during the Olympics) Civic and Political Service: Sugarhouse Junior Chamber of Commerce - Vice President. Republican Party - Precinct Chairman, State and County delegate many times. UITA - Utah Information Technology Association - member many years. Boy Scouts, and Explorer Scouts - District Vice Chairman and other. Salt Lake Apartment Association - President, Board Member, Secretary. Utah Apartment Association - Board Member. December 2008 - Awarded Lifetime Achievement Award by Utah Apartment Association. Edgemount Homes - Home Owners Association - President (2006/7 and 2007/8) and Board of Directors. (Current) Other interests: Snow skiing (still ski every year), water skiing, boating. Traveled to most parts of the lower 48, Mexico,Hawaii, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, Canada., England, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Holland, Belgium, Germany, and Denmark.
