Albert E. Carter invariably convinces all the critics,
even those in the medical profession, that rebound
exercise is, uite possibly, the best exercise to total
health. All of Carter’s research is scientifically and
medically
documented. The data presented in this book has been
confirmed by NASA, the United States Air Force, Dr.
Kenneth
Coopers Institute of Aerobics Research, and the Hong
Kong University.
Albert Earl Carter attended Oklahoma State
University on a full scholarship for wrestling. He completed his college work as a full scholarship
wrestler at the University of Utah, qualifying twice for
Olympic competition in wrestling. He was the all-around
gymnastics champion in Montana, Texas, Louisiana,
Oklahoma, and Arkansas. |

In 1974 and 1975 his “Gymnastics
Fantastics” professional trampoline team, sponsored by
the
Marriott Corporation made up of his family gave over 500 performances
to more than half a million spectators. Recognizing that their
extraordinary good health and superior strength, in some way,
was connected to his work on the trampoline, Carter set about to
find out why the human body reacts so positively to rebounding. He published his book, The Miracles of Rebound Exercise in
1979, the book that created the rebound exercise industry. He
designed and patented the Quarter-fold ReboundAIR exerciser, a
home-sized exercise device, in 2001. His new block buster, Rebound Exercise: the Ultimate
Exercise for the New Millennium was published in 2005.
As a lecturer and educator Carter has appeared on national
television in the US, Australia, Hong Kong, and the Philippines,
and has presented the concept to hundreds of civic organizations
worldwide. In 1983 by special invitation of the Hong Kong government
Carter was retained to teach the 35,000 members of the police
and fire departments better way to achieve physical fitness
through rebound exercise. Today Carter is recognized as the world’s greatest
authority on rebounding, incontrovertibly “The most efficient
and effective form of exercise yet devised by man.” NASA Carter lives in Provo with his wife, Diane. |
