Ralph’s involvement on the state level began when he was the State Planning Coordinator under Governor Matheson. He also served on the Salt Lake City Planning Commission, the Memory Grove Oversight Committee, and the Salt Lake City Housing Appeals and Advisory Board. Currently Ralph represents District 24 in the Utah State House of Representatives, a seat he has held for over 10 years - six of which were in leadership positions.

In addition to his work as a professional planner, Ralph is an adjunct professor at the University of Utah’s College of Architecture and Planning. He teaches classes on land use, community planning, and environmental problem solving.

Away from work, Ralph is an avid skier and boater, and he enjoys Utah’s great outdoors with his sons and thirteen year-old granddaughter, Tiana (pictured)

You've got a lot of choices.  If getting out of bed in the morning is a chore and you're not smiling on a regular basis, try another choice.  ~Steven D. Woodhull

Calendar Notes:

In December, we will be having a winter party.  It will likely be on Saturday, December 5th.   Look for details as it gets closer.  Also, our winter party will take the place of our Wednesday meeting on December 9th.  If it can be arranged with the Salvation Army, our Annual Bell Ringing will take place on Wednesday, December 16th and will take the place of a Round Table meeting.
