1938 - Britain and France surrendered to Germany's demands concerning the Sudetenland, and signed the Munich Pact.

Calendar Notes:

 

In December, we will be having a winter party.  It will likely be on Saturday, December 5th.   Look for details as it gets closer.  Also, our winter party will take the place of our Wednesday meeting on December 9th.  If it can be arranged with the Salvation Army, our Annual Bell Ringing will take place on Wednesday, December 16th and will take the place of a Round Table meetin
